COURSE SCHEDULE

Join our 8-week course to enhance your phlebotomy skills and knowledge, preparing you for a successful career in the medical field.

Week 1 - Introduction

Cover the basics of phlebotomy, understanding safety protocols and procedures for blood collection.

Week 2 - Anatomy & Physiology

1. Anatomy & physiology basics, medical terminology

2. Infection Control and OSHA Standards

3. Healthcare professionalism & ethics

4. Proper hand hygiene and PPE usage

5. Blood collection equipment & supplies

6. Specimen labeling/ handling and transportation

Week 3 - Hands-on Training

Hands-on training prepares students to perform blood collection procedures safely, accurately, and professionally. Through live demonstrations and hands-on practice, students will gain the experience necessary to transition successfully into clinical and healthcare settings.
